We are seeking a dedicated, caring, customer service-oriented *Health Center Manager* to join our team at a luxury senior living and continuing care community!*Salary: *$70,000 to $80,000 + 5% bonus potential, Depending on your credentials CDM or RD plus full benefits and paid time off.The *Health Center Manager/RD/CDM* will be responsible for the nutritional care of patients, managing the staff in the health center, nutrition education, and promotion of nutrition services within this senior and continuing care community.The Health Center Manager communicates daily with the Director of Nutrition Services and department staff. This role also communicates directly with patients, nurses, and other caregivers.* Oversees the daily operations of a health center, ensuring that all staff members are providing quality patient care.* Keeps accurate medical records for all patients and maintains confidentiality of all information.* Reviews menu as patient requirements indicates.* Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries from patients, families, and other health care providers.* Fosters good relationships with medical practitioners and generally promotes Nutrition Services within the hospital and community.* Attends meetings and trainings as required by the community.* Performs chart audits on a regular basis to ensure that documentation is complete and accurate.* Participates in quality improvement initiatives to improve the overall quality of care at the health center.* Maintains knowledge of current trends in health care delivery and makes recommendations for changes as needed.*Required Skills and Qualifications** Bachelors and/or advanced degree in nutrition of foods and nutrition from an accredited school, preferred.* Certified Dietary Manager Certification or Registered Dietitian license preferred.* 3-5 years experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.* Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shiftWork Location: In personby Jobble
