Job Description:
A company is looking for a SIU Investigator in the San Diego
Metro, CA area.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate questionable claims and apply knowledge of fraud
schemes and investigation strategies
Collect evidence through interviews and searches of various
resources, and prepare detailed investigative reports
Develop relationships with industry contacts and assist in fraud
awareness training initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
2 years of claims adjusting or P&C SIU/Fraud Investigation
experience, or 4 years of relevant investigative experience
Proven investigatory skills and experience obtaining statements
from various parties
Familiarity with data analysis using computers and software
packages
Knowledge of city, state, and local regulations related to
insurance fraud
