Location: Irving, TX 75039 - Onsite
Duration: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100K-$145K
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience: Hiring an Offensive Security professional with experience and/or an interest in Penetration Testing to join a growing team responsible for conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments against our internal systems and security controls.
You will be work directly with the business to demonstrate how repeated assessment, testing and remediation work can help improve our overall security posture.
Reporting to the Security Assessment Manager, this role will be responsible for: Developing, maintaining and improving systems and tooling used by the Offensive Security team (Security Assessment)
Conducting technical penetration tests against a broad range of technologies such as Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and Cloud components
Conducting collaborative Purple Team activities with defensive security teams and control owners
Supporting Compliance and Risk teams by providing technical know-how/consulting and assessment of controls, systems and policy configuration
Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members



The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: A strong engineering and development background, familiarity with DevSecOps style deployments and comfort with Python, Jenkins and Ansible.
Extensive experience within a technical role covering a variety of network security technologies, applications and appliances
A background of penetration testing and vulnerability assessment/management, including remediation and mitigation advice
Experience validating the effectiveness of a security control through manual and automated means
Security certification/s relevant to the role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of technical report writing for presentation at varying levels of the business
