• Maintains the calendar; coordinates meetings and schedules conference rooms and equipment for the group supported.
• Prepares agendas and data packages for key station meetings. Takes notes and provides summaries of select meetings.
• Maintains departmental files, dispositions, transmittals and records.
• Gathers, compiles and summarizes information for various special projects and conducts special studies as required.
• Maintains and restocks work group office supplies.
• Assists with database entry and updates for employee job transitions.
• Proctors training tests for the Engineering team and as others as needed.
• Provides supplemental support for Emergency Response Organization and Outages.
• Other tasks as assigned.KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or a High school diploma and 6 years equivalent related work experience in area of technical expertiseKey Metrics
