Liaisons, work with internal stakeholders, and build new
collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders.
You'll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help
move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You
will:
- Support and implement strategic and tactical plans to the field
to drive the US Medical imperative
- Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team of MLs
- Strategize with the team how best to access and educate
academic centers
- Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to support and direct
the team on CRM operations, scientific insights and HCP scientific
profiling and engagement strategy
- Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer,
and performance related to HCP interactions for self and
teamMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with professional training in the health care
field
- 3+ years' experience leading a clinical team
- 2+ years' of Diabetes related experience
- Strong relationship-building and administrative management
skills
- Valid Drivers License and ability to travel overnightDesired
