This individual must provide daily updates regarding the status of the recovery room to their superior and will be expected to work together with their superior to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed. Serving as a direct leader to the Assistant Nurse Manager of the Recovery Room, the Nurse Manager of the Recovery Room must be readily available to provide their assistance and expertise during any pressing and/or critical situation. The Nurse Manager of the Recovery Room will also serve as a mentor to the Recovery Room Nurses to ensure each patient is being treated with the upmost care. -The Nurse Manager of the Recovery Room will be required to manage and provide direct oversight to the recovery room that performs various and complex clinical assessments. Equipped with cutting-edge technology within the recovery room, the Nurse Manager of the Recovery Room will be required to be well-versed in any and all medical equipment utilized within their department. This individual will have 24/7 coverage of the recovery room and must be easily accessible to offer their guidance and subject matter expertise.
