Job Description: CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a municipality transitioning to ADP payroll services and is in need of temporary payroll support to assist a city during its transition to ADP payroll systems

Job Title: Payroll Specialist (Contract)




Location: Farmers Branch, TX




Pay: $34.00-----"$36.00/hr




Length : Mid May through July (possibly June)




Schedule: 4-day work week (Monday-----"Friday)

Hours: 8:00 AM -----" 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM -----" 4:00 PM




Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist a city client during its transition to ADP payroll systems. This is a temporary role while the client completes the ADP go-live expected by July (possibly June).

This position is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of payroll processing responsibilities during the transition period.




Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage end-to-end payroll processing
Follow established SOPs
Collaborate with internal departments and the Finance team
Work closely with the Benefits team (who is currently managing payroll)




Requirements:

2-----"3 years of direct payroll processing experience
City or government payroll experience highly preferred
Experience with Munis and ExecuTime a plus
Must have strong attention to detail and a focus on monthly quality standards
