are hiring for a BCBA at our brand-new Fossil Creek Treatment
Center location in Fort Worth, TX - COMING SOON!Join our Team at

Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related
field.Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if
applicable).Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB
guidelines.Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early
intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.Why
Join Us?Compensation & IncentivesBase Compensation: $74,000 -
$85,000 annually based on experience.Between $6K - $18K annually
for bonuses, paid quarterly.Eligible to join our Pathways to
Progress Program: Receive Up to 40K over 5 years in addition to
base compensation.Includes Sign-On Bonus $10K OR Relocation
Assistance up to $10K.20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.Free internal
CEUs and university partnerships with tuition discounts.Company
paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision

All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the
center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.Career
