Job Description:

A Salesforce Business Analyst analyses business needs and translates them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design processes, and ensure solutions align with business goals. Essentially, they act as a bridge between business users and IT, facilitating the implementation and optimization of Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Identifies, documents, and analyzes business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.

Process Design and Optimization:

Analyzes existing processes, identifies inefficiencies, and designs improved workflows within Salesforce.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Develops and implements Salesforce solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicates with stakeholders, IT teams, and users throughout the project lifecycle.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Conducts data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and support decision-making.

Training and Support:

Provides training and support to end-users on using Salesforce.

Skills Required:

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users.
Salesforce Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices.
